Centralised
Selections of apprentices :
Board of
Practical Training (ER), Kolkata, has started Organising Centralised
Selections to select sufficient number of candidates on the spot for
Apprenticeship Training which enables both the Industries and candidates
to get their aspiration fulfilled. During the last financial year, the
board organized 30 Centralised Selections in Eastern Region.
Quality
Improvement Programmes :
BOPT (ER)
organizes Career Guidance Programme and Meet
the Apprentice Programme throughout the year to improve the quality of
training imparted to the apprentices. BOPT (ER) organises Interactive meet on implementation
of Apprenticeship Training Scheme as well as Group meetings with different establishments and institutions of
Eastern Region.
